Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Review: Fusion Gourmet // Life in Puerto Vallarta Vlog

food review Puerto Vallarta

In today’s Life in Puerto Vallarta Vlog we try one of YOUR suggestions!

Where Did We Eat?

We went to Fusion Gourmet, a restaurant near Olas Altas. Their website tells me they “combine traditional Mexican dishes with diverse cuisines to create a perfect “Fusion ” of flavors and tastes.”.

After eating there once, I can agree with their assessment!

How Much Did it Cost?

Every Monday and Wednesday from 5:00pm to 10:30 all entrée items are half off! What a steal! The menu includes chicken, steak, fish, shrimp, and pork. At full price most menu items range from 195 pesos to 300 pesos. For us that is a little on the high side of prices, but that is very comparable to other steak and seafood restaurants in Puerto Vallarta.

We both ordered the coconut crusted tilapia that is normally priced 195. With the half off special that put our total at 195 pesos before tip!

The only caveat is that you have to pay in cash for the half off items. If you want to order off of the lunch menu they do accept card.

Did We Like It?

We would definitely go back to Fusion Gourmet! The staff was very friendly, the prices were reasonable, and most importantly, the food was delicious!

Where is it Located?

Keep it Kinetic,

Greg and Hillary Kennon
